Temporary Retirement

I have left work for a while to document my diploma project in order to convocate on time.

I felt powerful yesterday but it faded away today.

Sitting at Jon/Sang's place I have all the time for thinking, tinkering, writing, cooking, chai, freelancing, doodling, spell-towering and yet there seems to me a nagging deadline so near but so far away.

Black Sun

The time difference between my posts seem to be steadily increasing!
Its just once in a while that some project comes prancing around that does not demand much formality.
The time it spends with you is short but intense and fully engulfing.

One such project was by Legends of Rock hosting Black Sun-the band that rocks the blues, I think...
I came in where they required posters designed for the event. I was automatically transported to Poster Wars in NID- for Teams, Films and Dates.
So this is to you BLACK SUN... Spread your Darkness!!!

The real Rubberband book

Made for a friend that was....
It is designed as one of those idea books, which need to be carried around, which do not have expensive papers so you can freely scribble, refillable sections inside bound to the cover with a rubberband and has a space to keep some money and cards.

Basically the basicest wallet + idea book.

Needs more developing...

COWMIXX

A bi-annual publication that I designed for the Animation Dept. at NID. Designed to project the playful, spontaneous, humanistic, fun and circus-like attitude of this discipline. It was released for Chitrakatha 2011. You may check it on my website for a peek into the process...

Created from a photograph of a bulb, havnt taken it ahead and it may not want to.....still like it as my second font creation!
